On August 14th, 2019, FO&GT was advised by the API Energy Group that its API-16A and Q1 license registered at our Fallbrook Pines location in Houston, Texas, have been temporarily suspended. We are actively addressing API’s concern and believe we will have this suspension reversed shortly. We will continue to manufacture all API 16A and Q1 products under the same stringent product and quality requirements as we have prior to the suspension.
