Typically weighing 70–80% less than a conventional ASME flange, our SPO®️ Compact Flange is designed using state-of-the-art finite element analysis and is certified to be in full accordance with ASME VIII, Div 2 provisions and ANSI/ASME B31.3.

Our Vector TechLok®️ clamp connectors and BlueSky BlueLock clamp connectors are easy to install, requiring only four bolts, and can be installed in the same or less time it takes to assemble a standard ANSI or API flange. Independent strain gauge and destructive tests have demonstrated our clamp connectors can withstand considerable bending moments/forces and axial loading under pressure.

BlueSky pipe joints are an effective solution providing piping systems with the required flexibility to compensate for thermal growth, vibration, or motion of equipment in the piping system. They are designed to ASME’s codes and standards to reduce pipe stress in systems that develop high bending loads due to thermal and/or mechanical movement.

Freudenberg Oil & Gas Technologies is a leader in designing and manufacturing subsea, ROV operated, pipeline clamp connectors and subsea engineered connector products. Our Vector Optima ROV operated subsea connector utilizes our Duoseal, a double metal to metal seal with internal pressure seal and external environmental seal. The Duoseal is designed to allow full insitu integrity testing of the seal ring. The Vector SPO Compact Flange has superior capabilities, rated to 20K psi, it has become widely used in many high demanding applications such as oil and gas subsea deep water connections including risers, flowlines, flexibles and manifolds, and end terminations for pig launchers, traps and receivers.

We offer a variety of products utilized in Topsids applications that save weight, installation time and maintenance. Typically weighing between 70 - 82% less than a conventional flange, the Vector SPO Compact Flange is designed using state-of-the-art finite element analysis and is in full accordance with ASME VIII, Div 2 provisions and ANSI/ASME B31.3. Our Vector Techlok clamp connectors or BlueSky BlueLock clamp connectors can be installed in the time it takes to assemble a single standard ANSI or API flange. Conventional ANSI or API flanges with their 4 to 24 bolts require accurate alignment to ensure a seal, whereas Vector Techlok or BlueSky Clamp Connectors have only four bolts, no alignment problems, and require less bolt loads. Our BlueSky dynamic ball joints are designed to ASME’s codes and standards to reduce pipe stress in systems that develop high bending loads due to thermal and/or mechanical movement.
